    The spacious City XL King-size room felt like a personal retreat, especially with the easy access to the Wellness Club H2O. I relished unwinding in the sauna after exploring Rotterdam. My sister loved the city views from the room, too! The staff radiated with friendliness.

    In my kids’ opinion, having a small pool for families would enhance the experience.

    Had a fantastic stay in the Waterfront Sauna room! The view of the harbor was absolutely stunning, and the sauna was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of delicious choices to fuel up for exploring the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the experience even better.

    Great for a weekend retreat

    The vibe here is nice, and rooms were comfy. I mean, the bed was really nice and the view from the window was pleasant, not too shabby.

    It wasn’t cheap, but I guess you pay for comfort.

    Had an amazing time with friends! The wellness club on the 8th floor and the spa were highlights, perfect for unwinding. We even rode bikes around the city, which was such a fun way to explore. Don't miss the sauna and stunning harbour views from the room. Just a heads up, wifi incurs a charge, so plan ahead!

    I had a frustrating experience with the coffee machine. it took ages for someone to come fix it. Not cool after a long day of exploring.
